I went to see Colby for a small problem with my knee. I got right in after checking in then was immediately taken for an x-ray. After he looked them over, we talked over his findings and my concerns. He listened and heard me. Before I left, he showed me my x-rays and explained exactly what I needed to know. Overall, he was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I go regularly to Granite Orthopedic for another issue and look forward to each visit. All of the staff are wonderful to work with.

Paul C. Pflueger The reason I gave Dr. Pflueger, a 1 star review, was because there wasn’t a lower number. I read through all of Paul C. Pflueger MD. Degrees and specialties. Through his prestigious degrees, I did not notice that he had any training skills in Emotional Intelligence, or any certificates of merit in bedside manners. What he said to me is burned into my cognitive brain. He stated, “I would not touch you with a ten foot pole” verbatim. Sure, I have medical conditions, hence why I made an appointment to see what I could do after a fall on July 4th where I fell on my right knee and broke my left hand and left elbow, of course, I am left handed. I have the same condition as Celion Dion - Stiff Person Syndrome. Yes, I know it is a difficult disease process, but too the benefit of my degrees and credentials, I am able to manage SPS well. Can you just imagine Dr. Paul C. Pflueger making the same statement to Celion Dion?? Really, Doctor Pflueger, as a business coach and psychologist for over 40 successful years, my prescription for you is to go back to school and learn how to not destroy your patient’s self esteem and self confidence. Learn new skills of Emotional Intelligence and then you would have received a higher rating. Grade F- . I am so happy that my self worth does not allow you to discount my courage and steadfastness in surving a difficult life journey. PS I did see 2 other orthopedics at Granite Orthopedics. I was not discounted, nor did either orthopedic suggest, that I was too ill for them to attend to my broken bones. Both orthopedics were professionals. Un like, the treatment and your ugly statement to me.
