I had my knee replaced Oct 2024. Almost immediately my knee became red, hot and very swollen. I was in agony with pain level of 9. I did pt sobbing most days but I did it. Finally in December ( after multiple trips to ER for pain) I found out my infection levels were very high and I was admitted immediately. Dr Bassett cleaned out my artificial knee and a pic line was put in. Sadly, it didn't work and in February I went in for surgery to have a spacer put in and another Pic line. I will be on antibiotics for life. I cannot tell you the agony I went through for 8 months. It was almost impossible to get pain medicine and I dealt with a pain level of 9/10 . Infectious pain is excruciatingly painful. Noone at the office appears to care. Dr Bassett was cold and aloof . It would have meant everything to me if he or his staff would have called to just check on me. His staff NEVER returns calls. It has been a life changing experience.... PLEASE, BEFORE YOU CONSIDER USING DR. BASSETT CHECK HIS INFECTION RATES!!! I have heard there are possibly 3 others who are dealing with/ recovering from infection. If you think this can't happen to you I'm here to tell you it can!!

Dr. Simonson is friendly and professional! He did a great job on my bunyon surgery. It is a bigger surgery than I thought it would be but the pain was minimal. Unfortunately I dropped a canister of flour on my foot and 3 yrs later I am having surgery to remove the metal in my foot. I do not anticipate any problems.

I met Dr. Richardson today. I like his manners and explanation of my hand problem. I have had carpal tunnel syndrome for about 3-4 years now withnumbb ESS in myrightht hand, a trigger middle finger and shooting pains thru out my other fingeed. Dr Richardson explained surgery to relieve the Catalan tunnel, administered an injection at the base of my trigger finger to relieve pain. His explanation was explained very well and the injection for pain was also. He was quick and right on target, thus making me feelmore relaxed!! I really liked Dr. Richardson!! I know I went to the right doctor!

I have been there 3-4 times and in SEVERE pain. Shots don’t work anymore. So was talked into trying the Gel. It hasn’t worked either. Not only that they refused to file insurance claim for me AND they refuse to let me talk to an actual Doctor! Not returning.

Edit: after two years my hand is still in chronic arthritic pain from him neglecting to treat me. I hope this review is published! As medical providers often flag negative Google reviews so they don’t show up. Original review: Dr. Richardson neglected to do surgery on my finger after I presented to him within 6 weeks. He agreed with a local foot surgeons opinion that saw my finger first. He said it was fine. Despite seeing severe surgeons since then that said my fingers 10-15 degrees rotated and also hyperextended. The “standard of care” Is to operate with more than 5 degrees. This means it healed with a significant malunion. I cannot play guitar anymore and my wrist is in major discomfort all the time. For some reason Google keeps hiding my reviews. I would like this review posted as it is my honest experience. Dr. Richardson did nothing for me. Not even offered me a cast or any information on how to heal it properly to avoid this. Google will not post my review! Three years later and still in chronic pain due to his neglect. I would have sued him if I knew there was a statute of limitations!!! Post my review @google

My daughter was seen and treated quickly, for a AVM, which I appreciated. But, Dr. Richardson was extremely dismissive of my questions and concerns as the mother. He originally told me I could be present with my daughter, who is a minor, for her 10 minute procedure as long as the surgery center approved it. When we arrived at the surgery center I told them Dr. Richardson said I could be present as long as the surgery center said it was okay. The nurse left the room for a time, and returned with a surgery jumpsuit for me to wear. When Dr. Richardson came to get my daughter he was upset to see me in "OR Attire". He questioned my medical degree, and belittled me. Why does my degree matter? Any a parent of a minor should be allowed to accompany their child- regardless of their "medical background". ESPECIALLY for a 10 minute surgery that only used numbing agents. He even told me "I could do the surgery bedside, but I won't". My daugher wanted to watch, but they would not let her and told her if they removed anything, they would save it for her to see, which they did not. I am thankful for the treatment, but his bedside manner is very poor and I will not be recommending him.

9th into my hip surgery and what a difference. I’ve ditched the walker and only using the cane out of the house . I feel great, my Pt is via an app and it’s going great as well. So far I will say don’t hesitate to have surgery with Dr Basset, just do it.

The doctor is very thorough with his assessment of my knee. He looks over everything and tries not to rush into an operation which at my age is good to hear. The Reception staff at the front desk can definitely use some PR training.
