Dr. Colby was very friendly, and he took the time to answer all my questions.

Dr Bassett did a total knee on me 12/2023. I’ve had problems ever since. He repeatedly has told me my knee was perfectly aligned everything was good. But encouraged me to get a second opinion. So I did. I returned to him with the 2 nd opinion findings. My knee is out of alignment and way overly loose. He now tells me yes there’s a problem and my knee is looser than he’d like. The Dr I saw for my second opinion says I need a new knee. Dr Bassett says let’s just replace the front piece. It may or may not work. Either way my pain and recovery is the same?? I’m completely confused. Dr.Bassett is again encouraging me to have the other Dr fix his work? It has been a year of constant pain and discomfort. I’m struggling emotionally this entire situation has put me in a huge depressed state. And I have to make the decision? Currently I now can’t afford to AGAIN pay all my deductible and out of pocket some $10.000 to have a surgery that was done incorrectly.

Mark gave me a second gel shot for my knee. He is very good at these shots and extremely kind and caring. I always feel like he makes time when I have questions and concerns.

Dr. Simonson was really great at explaining my daughter's injury and treatment in a way that was both understandable and compassionate. The staff is also very caring and the atmosphere of the office is fantastic.
