Thank you for your good care! I appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions and better help me understand my health issue.

Everything was perfect! I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, was admitted exactly on time, x-rays were taken, I saw Colby, and got a Cortizone shot. Everything was done in a very timely fashion, and very professional. Colby listen to all of my concerns, I felt Really taken care of. It was a totally perfect experience.

Colby was very professional and stayed to answer my many questions which put me at ease. He’s friendly and very competent. I highly recommend him. I left feeling so much better.

Granite Mountain is one of the best practices around. Easy to contact…good knowledgeable staff and probably the most highly recommended surgeons in the area. I only go in occasionally when my not too serious (yet) problem acts up. I’ve seen Dr. Bassett’s assistant, Mackenzie a few times and feel she has excellent knowledge and ability to help her/his patients. She also answered some questions I had about the new laser therapy last week which I’m keeping my mind open about. Knee feels good, BTW.

Mark is an exceptional PA. He is kind, caring and compassionate! Very knowledgeable, professional and personable! Thank you Mark for all you have done for me!!!

Dr. Basset listened as I described the pain I was experiencing, asked me a couple of questions then suggested a treatment plan to help with the pain. So far the treatment is working and I have less pain.

Joey is a good listener and takes his time and does a great job.
