Not Mark's fault - procedure was EXTREMELY PAINFUL.

Dr. Bassett is very honest and straight forward at explaining what is going on, what future options and outcomes might be. I would recommend him. He is knowledgeable as well as honest.

I had second post-op meeting with Mark. He covered any minor concerns I had in detail and assured me that all was well and the healing process was on schedule. His calm demeanor and reassurance was what I needed.

Dr. Basset has a very good bedside manner. He listens to your problems and concerns. I think he is a very good doctor

I came in with a shoulder injury to see Dr. Pflugler for the first visit. He explained that he could offer me a cortisone shot for some temporary relief. He had a student shadowing him so he injected and was describing what parts the needle was reaching. Very professional and I learned some myself. Being a nurse I appreciate when someone explains what they're doing in a calm and detailed manner. Very happy to say that I would recommend this doctor to anyone w a shoulder injury. Im almost a week out and it feels better. Any reprieve from pain is better than none.

Dr Makenzie Price is a very knowledgeable in dealing with Orthopedics. I've had her a couple of times and each time she answered any and all questions. She thoroughly explained what was going on with my situation. I definitely like her. She is a great doctor to add to their team.
