MacKenzie is always caring and very thorough. She takes time to explain everything in detail, never seems rushed and is open to all questions. MacKenzie provides encouragement and complimented me on the progress of my recovery. I thoroughly enjoy having MacKenzie manage my care.

Overall I feel I received excellent service. Dr. Richardson diagnosed my finger problem, the injection was done expertly, and though a bit sore today already feeling better. Would have preferred to get some relief for my elbow, it still is bothering me. The office staff, and XRay tech were excellent. Appreciate the care I received.

Dr. Pfluger was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain several options. I felt he was very honest and offered professional options.

It was a mistake to go and see Dr Bassett cuz all he told me was go see a bone cancer doctor. I had a question afterwards when I called and left a message for his assistant to call me back so I could ask a question. I've called several times No one has called me since June 21st. Very disappointed in their system. I would not go back to him and advise other people to check out other orthopedic surgeons. I feel Prescott Valley is not a town that has a grade a doctors after 27 years in this town it really surprises me about the quality of medical Care here. Reason it took so long to find out I didn't have a need for a doctors until after I retired. Good luck to those who try them.
