Met with Joey for my 4 wk fu after hip replacement surgery. He was very attentive to all my questions but most of all his demeanor was such that I was thinking to myself “what a nice guy”. You don’t find a lot of people that make you think that of them. Great person to have on staff.

Friendly, helped with my problem, doesn’t act rushed ( although he is)

Actually it was my wife who saw Dr. Richardson regarding her elbow, which she broke on July 4, 2024. I had been going to the physical therapists at Granite Orthopedics for my recent shoulder replacement. I am very happy with their expertise and attention to me. My wife wanted to go to Granite Orthopedics to get authorization for physical therapy to find out what exercises were safe to do in the gym, a year after her injury. She saw Dr. Richardson, who is the "go to" doctor for elbow fractures. They took new X-rays and the doctor said that he was very concerned about the unsafe placement of the plate and screws that another doctor had installed in her arm. He said the hardware was too far from the bone and could easily break and protrude thru the skin, causing infection. Dr. Richardson recommended my wife have the hardware removed. Dr. Richardson took his time to explain everything and give his professional opinion. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and very experienced in other case like my wife's. We both highly recommend Granite Orthopedics and all the doctors there!

Even though it was crowded - lots of patients waiting, the staff was accommodating and Dr. Bassett is a great doctor.

Dr. Richardson is always pleasant and professional. He spent time with me discussing my issue, and gave me a plan to work with.

Dr. Bassett was on-time, friendly, efficient, and took care of my problem.

I was evaluated byJoey Clayton, PA, on 6/19/2024 he was very professional and thorough. What was impressive was the girl/woman working the front desk.. should have got name.. Extremely professional, new her job well. Checked people in and also checked them out, usually at the same time. One customer with a lousy attitude was handled professionally and with humor, better person than me.

Dr. Pflueger is amazing. I have had my share of bad experiences with physicians, so am typically not a fan. But, this one is different. He seems to genuinely care for his patients, and I appreciate that very much. Dr. Pflueger performed rotator cuff and bicep repair on my shoulder recently. As I was getting prepped for surgery, he walks in the room, helps me tie my gown and put my hair in a pony tail, then helped put my surgical hairnet on as well (keep in mind it is a shoulder surgery, so I couldn't do any of these things myself - and he knew that), all while talking to me about the surgery and answering any questions I had. Really? Who does that anymore? To me, this simple but thoughtful action made a huge impact on me, and I will forever remember him as one of the good ones.

I am happy with the very professional service experienced at Granite Ortho. Kind and caring staff which works hard to offer the best care.
