Quick appointment. Efficient and friendly. Fast Xrays in office. Patient listening

This was just an initial diagnostic visit, so not a lot to base the review on, but the wait time was short, the staff and doctor were friendly, efficient, and informative.

Check in was fast and easy. Nicole (nurse) gave me specific information on how to keep my swollen foot elevated before my appointment. Thank you, Nicole. Dr. Simonsen was very personable and took his time examining my ankle. He answered all my questions and was very positive about my recovery. You were the best Dr. Simonsen.

Dr Basset and his staff are worthy of 10 stars but I am only allowed to give 5.

Very knowledgeable about my knee problems and discussed the problems, with pictures, in non-medical terms. Steroid injections were very tolerable and seemed to immediately lessen the pain I have endured for years. No swelling noticed the next day. Looking forward to Physical Therapy as the next step!

Great service as always! Everyone at granite orthopedics is very professional, my appt was for 1:15 and I was in the exam room @ 1:05, no waiting at all!

Even though I was in pain my visit with Dr. Simonson was very enjoyable. He was very through in his exam and explanation of my condition. Talked about treatments together and together made the course to follow. Thank you so much for not making me feel like a cattle being pushed the gate. Highly recommend Dr. Simonson, if I could give you more then five stars I would.
