It is a pleasure to share my thoughts and feelings about Dr Pflueger. I have never met a Dr who care and works as hard as he does. He truly wants to help His patients and to make them better off in their lives. I am truly blessed to have Him and needed Him with my health situation. At this time I feel he has done a tremendous amount to help me regain the use of my arm and I feel it will come to an excellent finish. I can only thank Him and share how great a Dr and surgeon He has been to me.

I felt like he had zero interest in my pain. His response when I said it hurts to open cans, things like that.. "they make tools for that, buy one". Was rude and insensitive. Instead of a solution to my issue, he wanted to treat the symptoms. Another case of being seen as an age, instead of a person. Take Tylenol 3 times a day was his solution. Forever?? I came in for a solution, not a band aid. Rushed the conversation, didn't listen that I had already tried braces, Tylenol etc and needed a solution. When I repeated that he snapped, do you want a shot? I can give you a shot today.. Another treating the symptom and not the problem. He snapped at me, definitely no empathy and a very lousy bedside manner. I will drive to Phoenix to someone who listens and is willing to solve my issue instead of telling me I "probably need to find a new job then".. Instead of enabling me to keep my career by fixing my problem

This is the second foot surgery I have had done by Dr Simonson and I would continue to seek treatment from him in the future if needed. He lays out all your options from conservative to surgical, talks about what you want from treatment and let’s you make the decision. Both of my options were basically surgical and I am happy I went that route. I definitely trust and recommend him. I also work in the medical field so I did some asking around before I chose a surgeon. Dr Simonson was highly recommended by those I asked.

Dr. Dobson took the time to find out about the pain I was experiencing in my hip and knee. He also explained the x-rays and gave me options for how to move forward in healing while teaching fitness classes. The professionalism and patience of everyone in the office makes Granite Orthopedics the place I recommend to all my clients. Thank you!

Efficient and caring.

Great visit! I was very concerned I had a rotator cuff injury that would require surgery. Dr. Pflueger was personable and wasn't eager to schedule me for surgery. After the exam he recommended physical therapy to see if that would help my problem. I'm excited to start! I would recommend him to everyone! He was a great second opinion. J B
