Very rude staff. Did not explain condition well. Not very patient. Yes I have certainly been seen by this office in the past. Dr. Richardson was very impatient and did not provide adequate advice to me on how to best treat my fracture. I feel neglected and disappointed.

Megan was friendly, direct knowledgeable and made me fell confident in her evaluation.
