He listened me good and he explained to me what to do with my left hand clear. He showed me the paper that was picture of hand that was helpful.

Everyone was super friendly and accommodating!!! Well, the X-ray tech so efficient and kind! Dr. Pflueger tells it like it is and he wants to address my situation right away he called for MRI! No guessing....just addressing the actual underlying problem. I am thankful for him. He also did surgery on Tori my husband‘s shoulder and was wonderful in his treatment… And overall care. Tori was very happy with the outcome.

Dr. Pfluger has always communicated pros and cons of my surgery and remembers what's happening with it. He even remembers what my insurance will cover! He has great "bedside manners!"

Megan evaluated my wrist and x-rays and determined that I needed a steroid injection. Not much fun but she got me through it. She gave me several verbal instructions. I asked her to write it down and she said she would but after the injection she disappeared and I didn't get anything in writing. The medical assistant wasn't able to help with that because he wasn't there when Megan was talking to me.
